In this sweltering heat, your eagerness to learn about Kriya Yoga is truly commendable. My Gurudev (Shri Maheshwari Prasad Dubey) often mentioned that during the winter, the practice of Kriya Yoga flows effortlessly, but in the summer, it becomes more challenging.
Guru Purnima holds immense significance for all Kriyāvāns, celebrated as a day of deep spiritual connection. According to the scriptures, it is also known as Vyas Purnima, marking the birth of Vyas Deva. Purnima, or the full moon day, symbolizes completeness, and on this sacred occasion, disciples offer their lotus hearts at the feet of their Guru to experience a sense of wholeness. Guru Purnima offers a rare opportunity to meet the Guru and bask in the shower of his blessings.
