Official Notice Regarding Kriya Yoga Initiation

It has come to our attention that certain individuals, claiming to be disciples of Yogacharya Dr. Sudhin Ray, are performing unauthorized Kriya initiations and conducting online classes without his formal blessing or command.

To ensure the sanctity of the practice, please take note of the following:

No Delegated Authority: Gurudev has not yet authorized or appointed anyone to bestow Kriya Diksha (initiation) on his behalf.

Unauthorized Charges: Kriya Yoga is a sacred gift passed down from Lahiri Mahasaya for the spiritual upliftment of humanity. Be wary of anyone demanding money in exchange for initiation or secret teachings.

Verification: If anyone approaches you offering initiation in Gurudev’s name or seeks financial compensation for these teachings, please notify us immediately.

We urge all seekers to remain vigilant. Kriya Yoga is a path of purity; please protect yourself from those who seek to mis-propagate these teachings for personal gain.

Jai Guru!!!

The Names of Chapters of Shrimad Bhagavad Gita in the Light of Kriya Yoga

There are many different views and commentaries on the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita. The new perspective followed by Lahiri Mahasaya and his direct disciples under his tutelage and mentoring is to treat this sacred book as a practical guide and an art of living, specifically for the subject of Kriya Yoga, sadhana, and spirituality.

This thought is reflected in the writings of two great commentaries:

  1. Surodhani Gita, commentary by Shri Panchanan Bhattacharyaji
  2. Yogiraj Shri Shyamacharan Lahiri Mahasaya Ki Adhyatmik Deepika by Shri Bhupendranath Sanyalji

I had a query for a long time: Why is the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita presented in this manner, and why does the word ‘Yoga’ appear in the name of every chapter?

All of this appeared enigmatic and might seem so to anyone who views or scans this wonderful book from a superficial perspective.

Shri Panchanan Bhattacharyaji, the Param Gurudev in our lineage of Gurus, described the significance of the names of all chapters in the light of Kriya Yoga.

I believe you will go through this material, perhaps by downloading the picture, keeping it on your PC or cellphone, and reflecting upon it.

This is a good way to see all the subjects covered in the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita from a broader and elevated, mountain-top perspective.

Aum Guru Prabhu!
